These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "Player", "Account Holder") and Dana55 ("the Platform", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at dana55.lat.

Dana55 provides online gaming services — including but not limited to casino games, live casino, sports betting, lottery, and arcade titles — to eligible players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with the Platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, game play, dispute resolution, and account closure.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Dana55 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after these Terms are published constitutes acceptance of their contents.

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

To register an Account and access gaming services on the Dana55 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. Dana55 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all gaming activities in accordance with applicable regulations. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
2. You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
3. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of Dana55 or any company within the same corporate group, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person.
5. You have not previously had an account terminated by Dana55 for violation of these Terms or for fraudulent conduct.
6. You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any third party.
7. You have not self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling services generally under a self-exclusion programme that remains in effect.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You agree to update your account information promptly should any of these details change. Dana55 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from inaccurate information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Dana55 will not be held responsible for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately.

Dana55 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. All Players are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed and may be required to complete verification at any other time at the Company's discretion. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo identification (Malaysian IC / MyKad or passport) and proof of residential address. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after a request is issued will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

By using the Dana55 platform, you agree to the following conditions of use, which apply at all times during your interaction with the platform:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• You will not attempt to access the Platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage or extract data from the Platform without authorisation.
• You will not transmit any malicious software, spam, or content that may damage or interfere with the Platform's operation.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any component of the Platform.
• You will not engage in any communication — whether through Platform chat or external channels — that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful toward Dana55 staff or other players.
• You acknowledge that the Platform's random number generation systems are certified and that outcomes are genuinely random. Any attempt to exploit perceived patterns, RNG weaknesses, or game logic errors constitutes prohibited conduct.
• You will ensure that funds deposited into your Dana55 account are derived from legitimate sources and do not constitute the proceeds of any criminal activity.

Dana55 reserves the right to monitor account activity to ensure compliance with these Terms and to investigate any suspected breach. The Company may, at its sole discretion, void any wager, reverse any transaction, or suspend any account where a breach is suspected, pending investigation.

Dana55 supports a range of deposit methods tailored to the Malaysian market. Accepted payment channels include, but are not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and cryptocurrency payments via BTC, ETH, USDT, and BNB. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time.

• Minimum deposit amount: RM30 (or equivalent in supported cryptocurrency).
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately upon confirmation. Dana55 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
• Dana55 does not charge a deposit fee on standard transactions. Your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which Dana55 is not liable.
• Cryptocurrency deposit values are converted to Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) at the market rate applicable at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. Exchange rate fluctuations are the Player's responsibility.
• Dana55 reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits that cannot be verified or that are suspected of being associated with fraudulent or criminal activity.

Players may request withdrawal of Real Funds held in their account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

• The Player's KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name and previously used for a deposit, unless the original deposit method does not support withdrawals (e.g., certain cryptocurrency networks).
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to the Player's account balance must be met before Real Funds become withdrawable.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 (or equivalent). Maximum withdrawal limits are published in the Player's account dashboard and vary by VIP tier.

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow): 5–30 minutes under normal conditions.
• Online banking / FPX / Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): 30 minutes to 2 hours during business hours; up to 24 hours during weekends or public holidays.
• Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB): 15–60 minutes, subject to network congestion and confirmation requirements.

Dana55 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, source-of-funds checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. The Company is not liable for delays attributable to third-party financial institutions or payment networks.

Dana55 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published alongside the offer, which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

• Bonus Funds are credited to a Player's account upon satisfying the qualifying conditions specified in the relevant promotion (e.g., minimum deposit amount, use of a qualifying payment method).
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified per promotion.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are intended for use by one account per person, per household address, per IP address, and per device.
• Dana55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and to remove Bonus Funds from any account where abuse, exploitation, or misrepresentation is suspected.
• Players are not obligated to accept any bonus. If you wish to opt out of a bonus, contact customer support prior to making a qualifying deposit. Bonuses cannot be reversed once wagering has commenced.

Systematic exploitation of promotional structures — including but not limited to "bonus hunting", arbitrage across promotions, or collusive play — constitutes a prohibited activity under Section 10 and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.

All wagers placed on the Dana55 platform are subject to the betting rules applicable to the specific product — casino games, live casino, or sports betting — at the time the wager is placed. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet.

Sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules of the event in question. Bets will be settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sport or competition. Dana55 reserves the right to void, suspend, or delay settlement of any market in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond a specified timeframe, verified integrity concerns, or manifest pricing errors.

All casino games on the Dana55 platform utilise certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independent of preceding results. Published RTP figures represent theoretical long-run returns and do not constitute a guarantee of individual session results. Dana55 reserves the right to declare void any game round in which a technical malfunction resulted in an incorrect outcome or an incorrectly stated payout.

In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability. Odds for in-play markets fluctuate in real time. Dana55 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. Bets accepted and confirmed during a period of live market availability are considered valid, even if the relevant market is subsequently suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Dana55 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, using, or benefiting from more than one account on the Platform.
• Identity fraud: Registering an account using false, stolen, or third-party identity information.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Chip dumping: Deliberately losing funds to another player to transfer balances between accounts.
• Automated betting: Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place wagers or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploitation of errors: Placing wagers based on a clearly erroneous odds display, pricing error, game glitch, or system malfunction.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematically exploiting bonus offers or market differentials in a manner contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to otherwise process proceeds of crime through the gaming system.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access accounts belonging to other users, or attempting to penetrate, compromise, or test the security of Dana55's systems without authorisation.

Dana55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, at the Company's sole discretion, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• There are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity associated with the account.
• The Player is found to be ineligible under Section 3 (e.g., under the age of 21).
• The Player has requested self-exclusion from the Platform.
• A competent authority or regulatory body has directed the Company to do so.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Player will be notified by email. Where an account is permanently closed due to a proven breach, any Real Fund balance remaining will be handled in accordance with the severity of the breach and applicable legal requirements. Bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited in all cases.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Any Real Fund balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending withdrawal requirements.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Platform content without prior written authorisation.
• Use the Dana55 name, logo, or any trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application without express written consent.
• Commercially exploit any content derived from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to claims for intellectual property infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dana55 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.

Dana55's aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited by that Player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Dana55 does not warrant that the Platform will be free from interruption, error, or technical defect at all times. We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure platform availability but do not accept liability for losses arising from periods of downtime, technical malfunctions, or third-party service failures.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Dana55 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to Dana55's customer support team for informal resolution.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of it being raised, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution procedures. Dana55 will cooperate in good faith with any properly constituted arbitration, mediation, or regulatory inquiry.

Dana55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing policy, or updates to formatting) may take effect immediately without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Dana55 platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account. Any wagers placed or transactions initiated prior to the effective date of the amendment will be settled under the Terms in force at the time.
